Appointment of a professional service provider to undertake a comprehensive technical review,assessment,investigation and analysis of historical unauthorised,irregular,fruitless and wasteful expenditure(UIF&W),including verification and reconciliation of UIF &W registers, determination of root causes, assessment of financial misconduct and recoverability, preparation of investigation dossiers and supporting evidence and development of recommendations for recovery, consequence management, regularisation and write-off processes.
