Appointment of a suitably qualified contractor, joint venture or consortium for decommissioning of existing thirteen lifts, design new lifts, supply, delivery, installation and commissioning of thirteen lifts. The contractor may be requested to install additional lifts as in when needed at free state provincial government buildings on behalf of the department of public works and infrastructure
