CapeNature is seeking to appoint a Specialist Service Provider (SSP) to compile pre-Draft Regulations and species lists in terms of section 81 of the Western Cape Biodiversity Act (WCBA), in order to give effect to section 49 of the WCBA, inclusive of related administrative processes required under other provisions of the Act.
