Scope
Equest for proposal for the leasing of land described as recreational area located at portion of erf 12459 (currently leased out to waterfront tourism) at the port of mossel bay for a period of two (2) years. Prospective bidders must note that all leases awarded through this RFP will include a clause permitting tnpa to terminate with six (6) months' written notice to facilitate a planned commercial development project on the site.
