TNPA Seeks Public Input on 5-Year Telecom Wayleave Deal

INVITATION FOR PUBLIC COMMENT The Transnet National Ports Authority (“the TNPA or the Authority”) intends concluding a wayleave agreement for telecom lines with (“AGL Terminals”) for a five (5) year term. The purpose for this notice is to invite comments from interested and affected parties for consideration by the Authority prior to proceeding with the proposed wayleave agreement in question.

Tenders must be submitted by Thursday, 16 July 2026 - 17:00. Hard copy submission required.
