Scope
Request for proposal for the leasing of land described as recreational area located at portion of erf 12459 (currently leased out to kaai 4 restaurant) at the port of mossel bay for a period of two (2) years. Prospective bidders must note that all leases awarded through this RFP will include a clause permitting tnpa to terminate with six (6) months' written notice to facilitate a planned commercial development project on the site.
