Skills Audit – evaluation of competency framework The purpose of this Request for Information is to facilitate the evaluation of Eskom’s existing competency framework, prior to the implementation of a skills audit, by benchmarking it against a recognized universal competency framework to determine its suitability, robustness, and alignment with the best practice.
