Suitable and capable service providers are invited to bid for Supply and letting of suitable Office Accommodation to the Department of Public Works: KwaZulu-Natal on behalf of Department of Agriculture and Rural Development: eThekwini District Office in Durban CBD in extent of 984m² plus 20- 25% (246m²) non-assignable space totalling to 1230m², Plus 15 Lock Up Parking Bays, 45 Under Cover Parking Bays , 07 Open Parking Bays and 02 parking for disabled people for a period of 05 Years with 6% escalation, with an option to extend for a further 04 Years And 11 Months.
