Scope
The provision for meter audits, collection of field data, testing and meter upgrades, change outs and Prepaid Power User (PPU & SPU) Meter Moves, change outs and upgrades for various zones within the Limlanga Cluster (Limpopo & Mpumalanga) on an “as and when” required basis over a period of three (03) years.
