The provision of safety training programmes on an “as and when required basis” for a period of three (3) years to all transnet operating divisions in alignment with, occupational health and safety act 85 of 1993, railway safety act 30 of 2024 (rsr), south african maritime safety authority act 5 of 1998 and the transnet 10 points safety plan.
