To appoint a service provider (sp) to provide and supply the department of forestry, fisheries and the environment (dffe) / marine living resources fund (mlrf) with a payroll administration service for 01 uo to 1200 employees, which includes epwp workers, epwp operational support staff and management for a period of twelve (12) months.
