• B-BBEE certificate or EME affidavit
• Bank confirmation letter (not older than 3 months)
• ID documents for all directors
• Proof of business address
• Tax reference number

1. Create account at csd.gov.za
2. Enter business information
3. Add directors/members
4. Provide banking details
5. Select commodity codes (UNSPSC)
6. Upload B-BBEE information
7. Complete tax information
8. Review and submit

The MAAA Report

Once registered, generate your MAAA Report which includes:

• CSD supplier number
• Tax compliance status
• B-BBEE verification
• Bank verification

Attach this to all tender submissions.

Maintaining Your Profile

Update when:

• B-BBEE certificate renewed
