Something we publish about your business is wrong
Tell us and we will fix it or take it down. You do not need a lawyer, and you do not need to disclose anything confidential about your contracts.
What we do when you send this
- We re-query the National Treasury source for the name on the page and for other spellings of it.
- If our copy differs from the source, we correct our copy. We do not argue the figure with you.
- If we cannot establish from the source that the records belong to your business, we remove the page. The source identifies suppliers by name only, with no registration number, so that is often the honest answer.
- We remove the page from search results as well as from the site, and we tell you what we found.
- We keep the underlying records and the history of what was published, so that what happened stays auditable. Those records are not republished.
Where our figures come from
Supplier figures on this site are drawn from the National Treasury Procurement Payments Dashboard, which publishes payment data from the Basic Accounting System (BAS) and Central Supplier Database (CSD). Those figures record what a department paid out against a supplier name. They are not a company's revenue, turnover or contract value, and the dataset carries no registration number to tie a name to a company. Our data and methodology page sets out the limits in full.
