How do I find easy tenders in my province?

What do I need to bid on a government tender?
CSD registration (csd.treasury.gov.za), tax PIN (SARS), CIPC company docs, B-BBEE certificate or EME affidavit, banking confirmation. Construction adds CIDB. Security adds PSIRA. Keep all certificates current, expired docs are the top reason bids get disqualified.
Are there set-asides for SMMEs?
