NTP Security is a strong player in the government procurement space, with about R5.4 million in total revenue, which is a significant amount indicating they do a substantial amount of government work. They have a particularly strong relationship with the Northern Cape Department of Sport, Arts and Culture, as well as the Northern Cape Department of Agriculture, Environmental Affairs, Rural Development and Land Reform, with whom they have done about R4.5 million and about R1 million worth of business respectively. What makes them a strong competitor is their clear specialisation in security and personal safety services, which accounts for their entire government revenue. If I were you, I'd keep a close eye on their activities, especially in the Northern Cape province where they seem to have a favour, to understand how you can differentiate your own organisation and programme to compete effectively.
